While in Las Vegas for a business conference, Jackie and I visited RPM Italian for some dinner.
We had visited RPM while in Chicago, but had not visited the Italian option. We looked forward to a wonderful meal. We were not disappointed.
First Up – some Appetizers. Truffled Garlic Bread and a Hot Antipasti of Prime Beef Meatballs.
Any meal is made perfect when Jackie is glowing…
On to the main courses… Jackie had the Charcoal grilled Tiger Prawns over Risoto. I had the Lobster Ravioli. Both were wonderful.
and one of our most important rules… life is too short to pass on dessert!
RPM Italian did not disappoint. And although I did not get a picture, we received the best service of our time in Vegas by the waiter at RPM – well trained… very comfortable in his role… made you feel like you were important and special… but was friendly without being fawning. I really wish I had written down his name to pass on the compliment… but excellent service. Highly recommended.
